Kevin Arrowood Used Cars Repurchase Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Repurchase Guarantee program, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Repurchase Request Guidelines

• The repurchase request must be submitted via email within 30 calendar days of the original online purchase (purchase date is considered Day 0).
• The vehicle must be fully paid for and remain in the buyer’s possession at the time the request is made.
• The vehicle must not have been resold, transferred, or otherwise relinquished to a third party after the initial purchase.
• The repurchase review process may take up to 30 days, during which an inspection will be conducted to verify the vehicle’s condition aligns with the original purchase details.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Repurchase Guarantee:

• The vehicle’s condition must match or exceed the description provided at the time of purchase.
• It must meet the inspection criteria outlined in Kevin Arrowood Used Cars’ Terms & Conditions.
• The Repurchase Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed afterward.

Repurchase Process

• Upon approval, the buyer will receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours after Kevin Arrowood Used Cars has received the vehicle’s transferable title.
• The vehicle must remain in the buyer’s possession until it is retrieved (typically within 7 days of the refund being issued).
• The buyer must assist in the remarketing process, which includes allowing inspections, providing necessary documentation, and facilitating pickup arrangements.

Buyer Responsibilities

• The buyer must store the vehicle securely and maintain it in good condition.
• Any damage or loss occurring after repurchase approval but before retrieval will be the buyer’s responsibility.
• Kevin Arrowood Used Cars reserves the right to limit the number of vehicles eligible for repurchase per buyer.
